Bubble Paint Craft

An easy craft to do with little preschoolers.

MATERIALS:

1. A white or colored sheet.

2. Bottle caps.

3. Detergent.

4. 3 or 4 color paints.

5. News paper.

6. Bubbler.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:

1. Cover the area where you will paint with newspaper.

2. Place the sheet on the newspaper, you can stick it with some tape so that it does not move.

3. Mix in the bottle caps a little paint with detergent.

4. With a bubbler, grab the paint mixed with detergent.

5. Blow bubbles on the sheet of paper.

This painting is inspired by the artwork of Jackson Pollock. Based on abstraction and the mixture of colors on a canvas or sheet of paper.

Pollock, was an influential American painter and leading artist of Abstract Expressionism. He developed a technique called dripping, in which a canvas or sheet is placed on the floor or wall, and the sheet is splashed with paints of different colors.

Suggested age: 3 to 7 years.
