Color Matching Game with Balls and Hula Hoops

They spent indoor recess doing a fun matching game at Ardent Preschool & Daycare of Trace Crossings! Everyone took hula hoops of particular colors and then matched the same color balls into the hoops. They tossed them in and had lots of fun doing so!

Matching colors

The children did a great job being educated about the colors and then knowing to match them. Each child was given a hula hoop of a particular color to focus upon and then was allowed to go around the indoor recess area gathering-up the balls that matched their color and then placing or throwing the balls within the hula hoop. It was a great activity for getting some energy out via running around and learning colors.
