Cooking Kids - Making carrot muffins !! Great way to let kids explore texture and proportions. Yummy way too !
They mixed, cracked, peeled grated and made a wonderful yummy delicious carrot muffin topped with cream cheese frosting, with a buttterscotch topping with crushed almonds and pumpkin seeds. A yummy way to learn and expand knowledge.
We even made eggless muffins! Replaced the egg with yogurt! What a delicious replacement as well.
