Grinch Handprint Ornament Craft

At Adventure Awaits Child Care & Preschool, they made beautiful ornaments themed for, "How The Grinch Stole Christmas," out of their handprints! They used their hands to make the Ginch's face imprinted onto the ornaments, with the final result looking fantastic!

Celebrating Christmas and creating a Grinch!

The Grinch famously hated Christmas and how the creatures known as Whos (that lived in Whoville) celebrated it. In the movie the Grinch is green and at one point dresses up in red. This ornament craft that the children did involved them painting the bottom part of their hand green and the top part red. Then they pressed their hands on the ornament. They used a paintbrush to add the Grinch's face and glue cotton onto him to represent the fluff on his hat. The final result was lovely and made for a superb ornament.
