Handprint Flower Craft for Mother's Day
We are currently in April but Mother's Day is in early May so it makes sense to prepare for it during this month! They got ready for Mother's Day at Valdez Family Child Care by doing a fun handprint flower craft.
Materials needed for this craft
To make your own handprint flower craft you will need the following:
*Foam paper (of different colors)
*Scissors
*Glue
*Markers
How to make the craft
To create your own handprint flower craft follow these steps:
1. Take the foam paper and cut some into the shape of a flowerpot
2. Take another piece of foam paper and CAREFULLY cut it around your hand to create a handprint.
3. Cut other pieces of foam paper into flower shapes, a ladybug, or whatever you think would look good on your craft.
4. Glue the flowerpot and handprint together--the handprint looks like a plant now!
5. Glue your flowers and other items onto your handprint.
6. Wait for the glue to dry.
7. Write a Mother's day message with your markers.
8. Your awesome craft is done!
