Lepruchan Pot of Gold Craft
This Lepruchan pot of gold craft pairs perfectly with the rainbow sensory bin we shared here on TeachersMag.com a bit ago. They did it at Adventure Point Early Learning Center and it was a big hit with the kids!
Making a pot of gold
The class made a pot of gold by taking a white sheet of paper for mounting, a black sheet of construction paper, and a gold sheet of construction paper. The class cut the black sheet into the shape of a pot and the gold sheet into a number of circular, "Gold," coins. Everyone glued the coins onto the pot and then put some more glue on the coins and sprinkled gold glitter upon them! The result was a great pot of gold like the kind leprechauns own!
