At Greenwood Montessori School they did this fun name letter-matching activity by writing the letters of a student's name on post-it notes and having them match the letters to each other!

Materials Needed for the Name Letter-Matching Activity

To do the letter-matching activity you will need the following:

• A large sheet of paper
• Marker
• Tape
• Post-It Notes

How to Do the Letter-Matching Activity

To do the letter-matching activity follow these steps:

1. Tape up the large sheet of paper on your wall.
2. Write your child's name with the marker in big letters on the large sheet of paper.
3. Write a letter for each letter of your child's name on Post-It notes.
4. Have your child match the letters on the Post-It notes to the letters of their name.
5. You can do this activity with letters of other names or words too if you want after you're done!
