In our solar system, there is one star (the Sun), eight planets, and one dwarf planet. This activity sheet is designed to be done with preschool students to help them learn how to put the solar system in the proper order!
Everything is on one sheet which can be printed out and then cut into pieces. Then all the pieces are assembled to put the planets in proper order and create a correct picture of our Solar System!
Below is the sheet which features the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth (and the moon), Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and the dwarf planet known as Pluto. So that it can be used multiple times you can laminate it before cutting the pieces up too if desired!
This space-themed envelope is perfect for holding the pieces with all the planets when the activity is not being done. It can be printed, folded over, and glued or taped together.
