Preschool shape learning
Working on adding shape identification, sorting and recognizing into our everyday usage and vocabulary. Children will be coloring, sorting, labeling and vocally telling their leader what the shape is, how many sides it has and coloring these pages as well. Students can color these pictures in for fun as they develop the skill of recognizing how these everyday objects are shapes (like how a house looks like a rectangle or a slice of pizza resembles a triangle). Then, after students do that part of the worksheet they can work on the tasks at the bottom. They first fill-in the shape with color, then they trace a version of the shape, and finally they connect the dots to make the shape.
