Kids Korner PreschoolAt Kids Korner Preschool they did a fun craft themed for all the rain we get in the Spring and Summer! They colored-in an image of a person holding an umbrella and they glued their picture onto the body so that it looked like them in the rain!

Materials Needed for the Spring and Summer Rain-Showers Craft Activity

To do this craft activity you will need:

• Paper/a print-out of a body holding an umbrella (you can draw the body if preferred)
• Markers, pens, or crayons
• A picture of your child
• Scissors
• Glue

How to do the Spring and Summer Rain-Showers Craft Activity

Follow these steps for the Spring and Summer rain-showers craft activity:

1. If you are drawing the body and umbrella, have your child do that first--if you're just using a print-out, skip this step.
2. Have your child color in the body holding the umbrella with your markers, pens, or crayons.
3. Assist your child to carefully use their scissors to cut their face out of their picture.
4. Have your child glue their picture onto the body holding the umbrella.
5. Wait for the glue to dry and your craft activity is done!
