Underwater rangoli
Hello everyone.
In this video you will learn how to make an underwater rangoli. This is very easy to make, and looks very attractive.
Materials needed
A utensil,
Oil,
Rangoli powder, water other decorative material.
Take a utensil and pour oil in it. spread the oil so that it coveres tge base of the utensil completely.
Make sure that it is a very thin layer .
Take the stencil and put it on the oil pour rangoli powder.
Now spread the powder evenly and very carefully.
Make sure that the stencil does not move from its place while you are spreading the powder or else it will spoil the design.
Now very carefully pick up the rangoli stencil and check wether the design is proper or not. if not fix it.
Now after the design is proper slowly pour water in the utencil fron the corner. Dont pour water directly in the middle.
Pour as much water as you want and the underwater rangoli is ready.
