At Garden of Dreams Community Preschool and Child Care they had fun doing sensory bins specifically designed for little ones to put their feet on and in!
Feet-focused sensory bin ideas
You can make feet-focused sensory bins by taking materials found in your home that feel interesting--especially upon feet! You don't want to use anything too pointy but a lot of possibilities exist--especially if you don't mind getting your feet messy and then washing them off! Some ideas include but are not limited to:
- Jello
- Flat wooden blocks
- Smooth stones/rocks
- Coins
- Play-Doh
- Dry 0atmeal
- Shaving cream
- Sand
- Spaghetti
- Anything else you can think of!
