Toy Libraries are a great resource to help early learners
Toy Libraries are a great resource for preschool and kindergarten levels.
Some toy boxes are available that work specifically on skills children need when entering school for the first time.
Skills such as Social-Emotional, Gross and Fine motor skills, Literacy, Communications. Other toy boxes of note are ones that show how to use zippers and how to ties shoes.
We have found that some educational toys are not tons of fun, so it's a good idea to include fun toys. Toys of all sorts can work on different skills in a fun way. As we now know playing is learning. Creating these opportunities for kids can be extremely important. Find and check out your local Toy Lending Library. The one in South Dakota is awesome.
