Christmas Sensory Bin Made From Diapers
Christmas sensory bins
I took a diaper or two, soaked them in water and cut them open the next day. I added contents to a tub and added a few drops of blue food colouring. I added gold glitter and some Christmas items. I placed the trays in a fridge to cool the gel. The kids loved the cool feeling of the "snow" they could also look at the other items, smell and feel. The bin with the bells also came in handy as they could "listen" to the sounds. Kids are allowed some freedom to move the items around, to hide them and dig them out again.

Supervision is needed at all times for the much younger kids. This was such a fun activity, the kids loved the fact that diaper gel can be turned into snow. Side note. if left open for more than an hour the gel will dry, so make sure to store your snow in an airtight container.
