Hand Flower Craft
At Joyce Preschool they had fun making this hand flower craft! You can write the name of a special person you want to, "Wave," at on it, such as Mom, Dad, and so forth!
Materials needed for the hand flower craft
To do this craft you will need:
- Green construction paper for the hand flower stem
- Construction paper of any color for mounting
- Construction paper to cut your hand out of
- Glue
- Pencil
- Pen/marker
- Scissors
How to make hand flower craft
Follow these steps to make the craft:
- Take your hand and put it on the construction paper for cutting it out of.
- Using the pencil, trace your hand on the craft paper.
- Cut the tracing of your hand out of the craft paper.
- Cut a stem out of the green construction paper.
- Write the name of the person you want to, "Wave," to on the craft paper hand with your pen/marker.
- Glue your craft paper hand to the mounting construction paper, it'll be the hand flower.
- Glue your green craft paper stem under the hand flower.
- Wait for the glue to dry.
- Now you can show your hand flower craft to the person it is addressed to and tell them it's waving at them!
