100 Days of school cereal necklace
In order to celebrate the 100 Days of School, we decided to make a colorful necklace with fruit cereal.
First we watched Let's Get Fit | Count to 100 | 2021 Version | Jack Hartmann
Then we discussed how many days we were at school, we discussed the concept of a lot vs a little.
To make the necklace we used:
1) A 1-100 number chart to place each cereal representing each day attending school.
2) 100 fruit cereals
3) Thread
4) A paper plate
We had a lot of fun making our necklace, we sorted the cereal by colors, organized them and count them, then we cut a piece of craft lace about 2 feet long.
And then we got really busy, follow the instructions if you wish to make one necklace too:
*Tape one end to the table.
*Thread cereal on the other end.
*we started to pass the thread
*Tie the ends together to make a necklace.
Our necklaces were very colorful and fun to make, we could also eat them!
