3D Printable Butterfly Craft Activity Template
This is a fun craft activity to do with children that allows them to touch realistic-looking butterflies without having to actually handle or damage real-life ones.

There are two sheets for this printable craft activity, one of the butterflies themselves and another beautiful watercolor-style sheet they can be displayed upon. There is also a third sheet that has children match the butterfly to its correct shadow. This worksheet can be done before or after the craft activity, but if it is done after they can actually hold-up their 3D butterflies and will be able to tell what the real-life shadow looks like as the worksheet requests a match of.
3D Butterfly Printables
Below are the 3D butterfly printables that can be carefully cut out with scissors and then folded along the wings to look like real butterflies. Then, these can be gently placed upon the watercolor-style sheet, or glued or pinned on if desired. The worksheet is below too!
