Children use ABC puzzle letters and then tip toe and find the matching letter tooth that goes with it.
Toothbrush Racing. Two children will race to erase the shape called out using a toothbrush. This helps children have fun, get energy out, as well as helps them to identify shapes.
An art activity that follows reading the book Nice Try, Tooth Fairy is creating tooth fairy wands. I will also set out teeth for others to decorate that choose to not make a wand. Materials to use are markers, crayons, glue, gems, stickers, ribbon, googly eyes. After creating wands, we will play a letter game. I will give clues about a letter using sounds, words, and directional clues. Children will then point to the letter using their wand.
We will read the book What if you had animal teeth then create a portrait of them with animal teeth. After doing so, children will learn about shark teeth by playing pin the teeth on the shark.
