Dr. Seuss Feet and Sock Themed Books for Young Children
At Kids Connect Preschool in North Tonawanda, New York the class had so much fun reading books by Dr. Seuss that related to feet and socks! The books they read were, "The Foot Book," and, "Fox in Socks."
To tie everything in with the two books the class wore their favorite colorful socks and showed them off to the class! The variety of socks the students had showed just how unique and interesting socks can be. They also did a fun sock-themed craft!
Colorful Sock-Themed Craft
The children took pieces of paper that were shaped like socks and used crayons along with markers to decorate them all kinds of exciting and neat colors. The children were very creative and were inspired by the books to make quite impressive-looking socks! It was a lovely day reading the amazing books of Dr. Seuss, showing-off socks, and doing a clever sock-themed craft.
