Dr. Seuss-Themed Art Show by Preschool Students
At PALS Play & Learn School in Hillsborough, New Jersey the preschool students put-on an art show themed for Dr. Seuss!
The class made different pieces of artwork all based on or related to famous Dr. Seuss publications and then once the works were done they were hung-up in a room transformed to look like a colorful art gallery!
Six Different Dr. Seuss Books Transformed Into Artwork
Six different books by Dr. Seuss were used to inspire the pieces of artwork, and after everyone viewed the gallery and guessed which books the students got their ideas from they could go to a table that was set up with all the Dr. Seuss books used for this art show!
The six books utilized were (in no specific order):
- The Lorax
- The Foot Book
- The Cat in the Hat
- How the Grinch Stole Christmas
- There's a Wocket in My Pocket
- Green Eggs and Ham
All of these books helped give the students wonderful ideas for their art pieces and the school and parents loved viewing their creations too!
