Easter eggs matching!
I am a PreK teacher working with 4 year old students.
Matching the capital and small caps the letters of the alphabet.
This is a work station I used more or less in mid-October when the students suppose to know the letters of the alphabet. I place all the eggs separated and mixed, so they have to look for the letters and find the match.
At the beginning I aloud them to work freely for 15 minutes.
When they recognize almost all of the letters; I encourage them to make a competition and I place a timer for 5 minutes and the winner will be the student that have more matching eggs correct and will receive a "price".
