Easy Cut and Stick Yarn Collage
This project requires no long prep time. You only need contact paper squares, an assortment of colored yarn, and child-size scissors. Our class explored the different visual art forms. This project allowed children to choose different colors of yarn, cut the lengths they wanted, and then attach them to contact paper squares to create their own individual yarn collage. They were all different and beautiful. The children found it to be It was very easy and fun. They were able to use their creativity along with improving their fine motor skills.
