Imaginary Cow-Milking Activity For Toddlers
At Little Miracles Preschool they had a fun time pretending to, "Milk," cows. This themed activity is great for any unit discussing barnyard animals or if the topic of where our food comes from is ever discussed!
Materials Needed for the Imaginary Cow-Milking Activity
To do this activity you will need:
- Multiple Latex/Vinyl/etc. gloves
- Bowls
- Milk
- A sharp knife
How to do the Imaginary Cow-Milking Activity
To do this activity follow these steps:
- First, take each glove and use the sharp knife to prick a little hole at the end of each of the fingers.
- Next, fill the hand-opening with milk.
- Take seal the hand opening up.
- Take the finger holes and pretend they are udders. Squeeze them to make the milk come out and have it go in the bowls.
- After all the milk has been squeezed out you're done milking the cow!
