Leaves for learning opposites
Collecting and sorting leaves into shapes. Since our class is two year olds the teacher collected the leaves herself and the kids sat with a teacher and sorted the leaves out into which shapes was considered big and which was little. We used white dabbing glue that we just spread on the paper and the kids were able to place the leaves on by themselves. It was a lot of fun, I suggest making sure that you have somewhere with lots of space for it to dry properly. The activity is easy enough for young children but just as exciting for older as well since they can make shapes and stuff as well.
