Making and Playing With Slime
At St Peter Early Childhood Learning Center they made the popular DIY toy known as slime! It was pretty easy to do and then the kids loved handling the slime and admiring it!
Materials needed to make slime
To make slime you will need the following:
*Glue (Elmer's glue works great)
*Borax
*A bowl
*Food coloring if wanted to add
How to make slime
To create slime you can follow these steps:
1. Pour a half cup of glue into one of your bowls.
2. Add two teaspoons of borax into your glue and stir it slowly.
3. Add the food coloring if you would like and stir it in gently as well.
4. As everything solidifies you can pick the slime up out of the bowl and play with it!
