Making Snowman Soup. At Just Like Home Daycare, Inc. in White Salmon, Washington the kids had a fun time making snowman soup!
What is snowman soup?
Well, it is a term sometimes used to describe hot chocolate that features extra bits and parts (much like how a snowman will have extra food-pieces to make his body). The class had a lot of fun assembling a baggie of ingredients to use the next time the weather gets cold and they feel a, "Brrr," and need something to warm them up!
Possible Ingredients to Use for Snowman Soup
At Just Like Home Daycare Inc. they used certain ingredients for their snowman soup, but there are many options you can consider when making a little bag to create some tasty hot chocolate mix.
Here are some potential ingredients:
Hot chocolate mix (whatever brand you like).
Chocolate chips.
Marshmallows.
Candy Canes (for stirring the hot chocolate).
Graham cracker crumbs.
Oreo crumbs.
Peppermints
Anything else you can think of!
Once you've put your bag together of snowman soup ingredients you'll be ready for when its chilly and you need something warm to sip!
