Paper Plate Jack O' Lantern Craft
Shortly before the recent holiday of Halloween, they did a fun paper plate jack o' lantern craft at Bunny Village Child Care and Development Center LLC! The kids painted their plate and glued on the parts for the jack o' lantern's face in this fun activity!
Materials needed to make a paper plate jack o' latnern
To create your own craft you will need:
*Paper plate
*Orange paint (acrylic or tempera works well)
*Paintbrush
*Black construction paper
*Scissors
*Glue
How to make your paper plate jack o' lantern
Follow these steps to make your craft:
1. Cut two triangles and a semi-circle out of your black construction paper. These will be the eye and mouth of your jack o' lantern.
2. Cover your paintbrush in orange paint and use it to cover your paper plate in orange. This is your pumpkin.
3. Wait for the paint to dry.
4. Glue the eyes and mouth onto the orange pumpkin.
5. Wait for the glue to dry.
6. Your jack o' lantern is finished!
