Valentine's Day is just over a month away and this craft they did at Anchor Academy works perfectly for the holiday! The kids were given large paper hearts and then used watercolor paint to make them look beautiful and serve as great classroom decorations for the upcoming month of February and its holiday of Valentine's Day!

To make your own watercolor painted hearts you will need the following:
*Watercolor paint set
*Paintbrush
*Cup of water
*Large piece of paper
*Scissors
How to do the craft
To create your watercolor painted hearts follow these steps:
1. Take your large piece of paper and use your scissors to cut it into a heart.
2. Get your paintbrush and wet it.
3. Dip your paintbrush in the watercolor paint set and paint the heart.
4. Wait for your paint to dry and display your craft!
