Learning About Latinx Culture for Hispanic Heritage Month
At Ready Academy Learning Center they learned all about Latinx culture for Hispanic heritage month! Children presented about various countries and the class ate food themed for different Latinx countries. Everyone had so much learning and eating delicious grub!
Countries such as Spain, Cuba, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Argentina, Columbia, the Dominican Republic, and more were all reported on by the students. Each child made a beautiful poster board about their country they were assigned to report about!
The kids loved eating food found in Latinx cultures such as plantains, tacos, and more!
The class also danced to music from Latinx cultures as well It was lovely dancing to exotic and entertaining music! It was a successful time learning about all these different Latinx cultures!
