3 little pigs building houses
We let students explore building houses for the 3 pigs with pool noodle pieces and shaving cream. The pigs were plastic pigs. We put shaving cream in a small container off to one end of our sensory table. Could students aka "the wolf" blow the house down? Was it stronger after the shaving cream dried some? We took pictures at the beginning, and after it dried to compare the looks. Students counted how many breaths they tried to knock the house down. They would retell the story and change their voice for the pigs saying "not by the hair on my chinny chin chin" and for the big bad wolf.
