I run a small family daycare, and this week we’re having fun learning about dental hygiene! Through play and hands-on activities, the children are discovering the importance of taking care of their teeth. We’ve been enjoying lots of fun activities, like counting our teeth and exploring how big they are! We’ve also been discussing healthy habits for strong, happy teeth—what helps keep them clean and what to avoid to protect our smiles!
We’ve also been learning about the importance of brushing our teeth twice a day with a caregiver’s help and the benefits of regular visits to the dentist!
