Chrysanthemum - activity for kindergarten
Together with my children from kindergarten, we carried out activities about autumn flowers one of the weeks. We focused especially on the chrysanthemum, being the best known and most visible of all.
The activity shown here is a hands-on, gluing one, where the children had to glue pieces of colored paper onto the surface of chrysanthemum petals to form the flower in 3D. The leaves and stem of the flower were colored using the green pencil.
Materials required:
Chrysanthemum pattern sheet
Pieces of colored paper
Glue
Green colored pencils
It was an activity very loved by the children and they worked on it with great love, concentration and enthusiasm. And the final result lived up to expectations.
