Creating a Contact Paper Ugly Christmas Sweater
At Kiddie Academy of Brentwood, they did a fun sticky Christmas sweater activity with contact paper where they created an, "Ugly Christmas sweater," using colorful pieces of crepe paper.
Materials needed for this craft
To make your own ugly Christmas sweater with contact paper you will need the following:
*A piece of contact paper
*A black marker
*Painters tape
*Crepe paper of various colors
*Other little decorative items
How to prepare and do the craft
You can prepare the ugly Christmas sweater craft by following these steps:
1. On the non-sticky side of the contact paper, draw the outline of a sweater.
2. Lay the contact paper down with the sticky side up and use the painter's tape to secure it--you can put it on a wall with the painter's tape too if wanted.
3. Grab the crepe paper and other decorations.
4. Stick the crepe paper in the outline you drew and create an ugly Christmas sweater with it! Add your other little decor items too.
5. Once you're done decorating your ugly Christmas sweater you can remove the painter's tape and display it!
