✨ In kindergarten today, we explored the world of *feelings* through a creative and playful activity! ✨

We began with **feelings mats**, which showed different facial expressions. Together, we talked about what each face might be feeling—happy, sad, angry, surprised, worried, or excited. The children were eager to share times when they had felt those emotions, making wonderful connections between the mats and their own experiences.

Next, each child was given **playdoh** to sculpt faces on the mats. Some carefully rolled tiny pieces to make eyebrows, while others stretched long strips to create wide smiles or frowns. A few children even made silly combinations, which led to great conversations about how sometimes we feel *more than one emotion at the same time*.
