Healthy Habits. How to be healthy?
It all starts with creating healthy habits.
Healthy habits can make you feel stronger and happier.
You need to feed your body and mind with really good foodd, thoughs and actions that will make it function well.
A habbit is created when you do something repeatedly until it becomes natural.
5 Healthy habits
1. Healthy Eating
Eat fresh and Nutricious food.
Drink plenty of water every single day (2L).
Fill half of your plate with fruits and vegetables of different colors, because they all help your body in different ways. This will power your value with food.
2. Physical activity
Exercise support your mental and physical health. It is good with your heart and muscles but also helps to sleep better and feel happier.
Children your age shoul do exercise at least for 60 minutes a day.
Try fun physical activities that you love to do.
3. Sleep
Sleep allow us to restore, repair and rebuild all the things in our body including our brain.
Twelve to eighteen years old kids need to rest between 8 and 10 hours at night.
4. Manage stress
Find a healthy balance between all your activities, don’t go to extremes. It isn’t necessary because you can enjoy a bit of everything.
5. Hygine habits
Keep clean your body with personal hygine:
Shower at leats once a day.
Wear clean clothes.
Comb your hair
Keep you finger nails clean and short.
Wash constantly your hands.
Brush your teeth.
Wash your face when you wake up and before go to sleep
