How to eat healthy. Project made by 5th grade students
This activity was made by my 5th grade. We did a project about healthy eating and we learnt how to eat healthy. At the end of the project we showed the whole school what we havd learnt and made these posters and pyramid.
The childrend enjoyed a lot working with this topic because they were working the same topic in Natural science. The pyramid was made using cardboard. The children draw the different food and pasted them in the correct level, then they wrote the names. The street light was also made of cardboard and they draw what is healthy and unhealthy. The other posters are vegetables, fruits, grains, proteins.
They also made posters with healthy plates and the percentage of proteins, carbohidrates ,you need in each meal.Students also showed the people that visit their stand with real food how a healthy plate should look like. They gave fruit salad as a present to each visitor.
