What are healthy food? Healthy food are fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, milk, rice, bread, nuts, beans, whole grains, and many more.
What are unhealthy food? Unhealthy food are junk foods like, cake, chocolate, chips, deep fried meat, soda or softdrinks, hamburger, fries, pizza, candies or sweets, and many more.
Foods have different tastes too. Sweet, sour, bitter, salty, salty.
Our body needs to eat a group of foods that should make up our daily diets. We need different nutrition from different types of food. Let's make a healthy eating plan.
