Holding a Circus-Themed Event in the Classroom!
At Rocky Mount Daycare, they had their very own, "Big Top Circus." This circus-themed event involved the children going to a classroom that had been remade to look just like a circus--complete with fun carnival games!
Ticket booths for games
Each little game had a ticket booth where kids put in their tickets in order to play. Before class started, kids were given tickets and they counted them up in order to know how many they had to play the various games. It was a good way to work on counting skills.
Lots of circus-themed decor
The room was full of fun circus-themed decor that complimented the carnival games wonderfully. From pretend popcorn to big-top tents, it was a fantastic time at the circus!
