Lapbook Pulau Sumatera
This is a lapbook that we made to learn about cultural diversity in Indonesia, especially on the island of Sumatra. This lapbook aims to introduce children to cultural diversity starting from provinces, capital cities, characteristics, regional foods, traditional clothing, tribes, traditional houses, flora and fauna, geographical conditions and even famous tourist destinations. With this lapbook, we hope that children can love their own regions and countries more.
This lapbook making activity involves children from cutting, pasting and arranging. The end result is that children will be proud of their work and can also present what they have made and the information in their lapbook. Of course this is very fun for children and also useful for their knowledge.
