Learning About Famous Artists And Painting Like Them
At Growing Tree Nursery School they learned about a number of famous artists and then painted in a style like them! The children greatly enjoyed learning about different artists and then doing a creation like theirs. Once a number of artists had been covered a big art show was held showcasing everyone's creations! The kids and their parents were very proud!
The kids learned about Edward Munch and painted in his style.
They did impressionistic works like Henri Matisse.
There was great fun had making collages in the style of Paul Klee
Everyone loved splattering paint in the same manner as Jackson Pollock. It was messy but so much fun!
