Learning about the letter B while fine tuning fine motor skills

The letter B introduction. B is for blue and black. The kids glued scrap paper of blue and black to the letter B. Working on letter recognition and fine motor skills at the same time. Then came the real fun. Shaving cream! This is a great way for kids to learn through play, with the texture of shaving cream, then when you are ready, show the kids how to spread it out to make s writing space and practice writing in the cream! Loads of fun! Oh and the shaving cream actually helps bring off crayon and such from the tables so no need to worry about trays etc. Just place it right on the table and then wipe off!
