At Little Sprouts they made baking soda balloons which through a reaction of the baking soda with carbon dioxide results in balloons that are fun to bounce around!

Materials needed for baking soda balloons

To make your own special balloon you will need:

*Empty bottle of water/soda

*1 cup of vinegar

*Balloon

*Funnel

How to do the baking soda balloon

To do your own baking soda balloon follow these steps:

1. Take your funnel and put it in the balloon.

2. Put 1/3 cup of baking soda in the funnel so it goes into the balloon.

3. Fill your empty bottle with the cup of vinegar.

4. Place your balloon over the bottles spout.
