PK: Going for a Letter Quest Throughout the Hall
Preschool students went looking for various assigned letters throughout our hallway while chanting to the tune of "Farmer in the Dale".
"I'm looking for a letter
I'm looking for a letter
I'm looking all around the hall
AHA! I found my letter"
We talked about what the letter was and what sound it made. Can you think of other words that start with the same sound? We used magnifying glasses and worked in partner groups (2). We swapped letters halfway through the activity and looked for more letters.
We repeated the same activity the following day with a Number Quest.
