Scaredy Cat Splat
Each month the preschoolers have a themed activity presented to them by a speech-language pathologist. All activities include reading a book and then including an art activity for the four year olds and music and art for the three year olds. In this activity, four year old preschoolers read the book Scaredy Cat Splat and then created a spider in a cup. This was a whole class activity. Everyone had fun!
Materials needed include:
-plastic cup with lid
-mini styrofoam balls
-purple pom poms
-clear glue
-food dye (for purple glue)
