Sunshine Rice Sensory Play
At Jennifer Rosen Meade Preschool they had a great deal of fun playing with rice colored like the sun! It was a great Summer-themed activity.
Suggestions for your own sunshine rice sensory play
When playing with your rice sensory bin you can use cups, Summer-themed toys, buckets, spoons, and anything good for filling and dumping. To encourage fine motor skills you can have children pick-up rice with tweezers as well. It is a great activity to do during centers and sure to be good fun!
