Animals and Their Houses Matching Game

This fun matching game involves putting puzzle pieces together which feature animals and houses that belong to them. This is accomplished by both studying the shape of the puzzles and looking at the images of the animals' houses to figure out based on how the houses look which animal it would make sense to have living there.

Animal houses

The animals and their houses can be printed out and then cut apart so that children can work on doing the puzzle. You can use heavier cardstock paper or laminate everything so that students can do this fun matching game. For an example of how the game is played please watch this video:
