Procedure
1. Print out printable template.
2. Roll the main piece into a cone shape. Secure seam with tape or glue.
3. Stick Santa's hands.
4. Cut a small circle on the beard piece (it is marked on the template).
5. Slide the tip of the cone through the slit on the beard piece. Add white pom pom to top of the hat.
