The very hungry caterpillar
Great for use when learning about five senses, the letter “C” or just a simple fun arts and craft for your littles to act out the book during a read aloud using The very hungry caterpillar book by Eric Carle. My child loved the book when I read it to her, and the craft is a fun toy for her to play with or even display at home next to her books. You will need three green Pom Poms, one red Pom Pom, Googly eyes, a red pipe cleaner, a green popsicle stick and glue or hot glue gun. Assembling is super easy and fun. After publishing on a Facebook group, one homeschool mom shared she would use this craft to decorate her sons Christmas tree as this book is his favorite at the moment. Hope you enjoy!
