Traditions and customs of the Romanians

The traditions of the Romanian people over time are many, from handicrafts, sewing, weaving, pottery, wood carving, etc. Romanians are people with eternal traditions. We are happy and welcoming people!

Pottery, the creation of folk costumes, the processing of animal skins and skinning, weaving, torso, embroidery, wood processing and sculpture, glass painting are just some of the crafts known and appreciated as carriers of the Romanian tradition.

The folk costume speaks first of all about the local people who, due to the way of life, the craft and in contact with the Central European world since the 18th century, used various sources of inspiration in the composition of the costume in terms of materials

Objects and clothing of long ago.
