In the summer, most activities take place on a walk, so educational activities for children are also organized outside.
June is a good time to talk about haymaking and learn the names of specific work tools and how and why hay is made.
Children really like to work with miniature things, so you can make a miniature haystack for them, where they can play a game about the farm and work in the fields.
Imitation of works in the countryside, well reinforces what has been learned about why and how hay is obtained. Simulates - raking hay, taking it with a wheelbarrow and a car to the barn; feeding pets and of course sleeping in the hay.
At the end of the fun, we organized a photo session for the little "farmers" with straw hats, so they learned that different things can be made from straw!
